内画艺术最早诞生于清代嘉庆年间，至今已有近两百年的历史，最早的内画在鼻烟壶里创作，它以丰富繁杂的材质，小巧玲珑的造型，精美绝伦的艺术和高超细腻的画工，被誉为“鬼斧神工”的艺术。

墨耕轩画苑传承、弘扬中华文化瑰宝——内画艺术，它是中国特有的一种传统艺术形式。墨耕轩画苑寓意笔耕不辍，翰墨千秋，其内画作品格调典雅，笔触精妙，色彩艳丽，可谓“方寸之间，别有天地”。

墨耕轩画苑同时也为内画创作者提供交流和沟通的平台，近年已成为集教学、创作、收藏、展示为一体的综合艺术中心。在这里，可以追溯内画源远流长的历史，可以赏析内画艺术家鬼斧神工般的现场创作，也可以收藏自己倾心的艺术作品。

墨耕轩画苑不断创新进取，创作了诸多“内有乾坤，独具特色”的艺术作品与工艺礼品，深受海内外各界人士的欣赏与青睐。墨耕轩画苑2011年1月被河北省民俗文化协会、河北衡水民间文艺研究会评为《先进集体单位》。

With a history of nearly two hundred years, the inside-bottle painting can be dated back to the time of Emperor Jiaqing in Qing. The earliest work came out in a snuff bottle and was hailed as the art of “superb craftsmanship” by its rich materials and small shape as well as exquisite art and delicate painting.

Through hundreds of years’ development, unremitting efforts of old artists and constant innovation of modern masters, the inside-bottle painting has so far completely inherited the profound Chinese artistic connotation and unique national style and absorbed techniques of realistic painting, light and shade, color and light of western oil paintings, which has made the inside-bottle painting art convey a strong feeling of artistic charm and appeal as a real interpretation of art.

Aiming to inherit and promote the Chinese treasure--the inside-bottle painting, Morgan Xuan Gallery has paid unremitting efforts and provided an exchange and communication platform for more inside-bottle painters. These years, as a comprehensive art center of teaching, creation, collection and display, it has achieved a lot in its popularization and attracted more attention of the inside-bottle painting fans.
