卢军华，笔名君华，长风。河北民间工艺美术家，中国鼻烟壶协会会员。71年生于河北献县，自幼钟情丹青，师从内画名家振宇，李真夫妇。多年来广受其它内画大师指点，造诣精深。对人物肖像，山水，动物等题材都有深刻的研究，在继承中国传统绘画精髓同时，并吸取了西方绘画中各种画派专长，形成了自己的画风，工笔精细，造型严谨，书画并茂，形神兼备，清新而高雅的艺术风格，是当今最具实力的内画艺术名家之一。

Lu Junhua

with his pen name Junhua and Changfeng.
Is a folk artist of crafts in Hebei Province and a member of Chinese Snuff Bottle Association. He was born in Xianxian County, Hebei, in 1971. He has been fond of painting since his childhood. His formal teachers are Zhen Yu and Li Zhen, a famous couple of the inside-bottle painting. For years Lu Junhua has been directed and taught by other inside-bottle painting masters and now he has profound and wonderful artistic attainments. He studies deep in the subjects of mountains and water, animals, flowers and birds, and has formed his unique style of painting.
In 2008, his work of art Wild Field wins the Excellence Award of the First Artist Inside-Bottle Painting Exhibition;
In 2010, his Dream of the Grassland gets the Excellence Award of the First Shanghai China Exhibition of Famous Experts of Inside-Bottle Painting in Snuff Bottle;
In 2011, his work of art Sirius wins the Bronze Medal of the “Hundred Flowers Award” of China’s Natural Crystal Craft;
In 2012, his work of art The Morning Breeze and the Lingering Moon wins the Golden Medal of “The Contemporary Inside-Bottle Painting in Snuff Bottle”;
In 2013, his Dances with Wolves wins the Bronze Medal of “Xi San Bei” China’s Inside-Bottle Painting Art;
